30 Days to Launch: The House is Rented!

We're doing it. We've made the decision to travel around the world for a year (or until we get sick of it / each other).

So this is the story of us, and our travels around the world. We aren't planning to go the "fast and furious" route. We don't want to bounce into a new city every other day and then bounce out once we've checked each landmark off of our list. Instead, we want to stay put for a few weeks at a time and try our best to get to know the place. We want to have a favorite coffee shop where the locals know our names, or a special spot on the beach where we lay out our towels. 

It won't always be fun. We'll argue about where to go or what to do, or specifically what it was that one of us ate that gave us Montezuma's Revenge. But that's okay We have to earn our stripes as a married couple somehow, right?
